I believe in to crucial concepts regarding therapy: change comes through connecting differently and relationship is central to experience. I help my clients to facilitate changes in their relationships-the relationships they have with themselves, each other, and with their problems. I assist my clients to change and evolve by inviting connections and offering invitations to encounter, rather than push away teir problems, but to turn toward them, a place to find ways to connect and to move toward health and wholeness.
Therapeutic Modality/Orientation:
I use research based therapy techniques and have an eclectic approach. However I have specialized training in hypnosis/hypnotherapy, Relational psychotherapy, Equine-assisted psychotherapy, and the Gottman Method for couple therapy.
